Ivanhoe Mining District, Nevada
- Situated between Ivanhoe mine and Midas mine along the Carlin Trend
- Three identified exploration target zones
- First target tested contains increasing gold values with depth similar to Midas model
Geology
- Located along Nevada’s most famous gold belt-the Carlin Trend
- Midas and Ivanhoe are high-level hot springs systems with high-grade gold located at depth in high-angle faults
- Similar faults have been identified at Midas South

Historical Drilling
2005
Conducted a CSMT resistivity geophysical survey found 3 major anomalies
2007
Phase II drilling continued to test the major N-S trending, west dipping fault system
2006
Testing of first anomaly with shallow RC/core drilling intersected major fault with anomalous gold values
2008
Additional drilling finds improving gold grades and thickness with increased depth
Midas South Cross Section

Midas South Objectives
- Complete deeper drilling of identified gold-bearing structure
- Initiate drilling of two additional interpreted major faults
- Develop a “Midas” style deposit which would be mined underground
